What you'll do

• Travel regularly to assigned schools and government offices to support and monitor program implementation
• Conduct classroom observations and interact with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to understand on-ground progress
• Monitor the status of program implementation through field visits, data review, phone calls, and active WhatsApp communication
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate program data from schools to support reporting, documentation, and decision-making
• Prepare clear and timely program reports, presentations, and official communication for internal teams and government stakeholders

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
