Executive - Finance & Revenue

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive - Finance & Revenue with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in billing, preferably in a global business environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project-based billing models, including Fixed Cost (FC), Time & Material (T&M), Retainers, and Milestone-based billing.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end billing operations for domestic and international clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation
• Handle project-based billing models, including Fixed Cost (FC), Time & Material (T&M), Retainers, and Milestone-based billing
• Review project contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, timesheets, and milestone approvals to ensure accurate billing
• Prepare and validate invoices in accordance with contractual terms, client requirements, and agreed billing schedules
• Manage multi-currency billing transactions and ensure appropriate application of exchange rates and currency-related adjustments
