Job Description – Executive Fintech Associate (Investments & Operations)Location: Kharadi, Pune

What you'll do

  • Assist CEO with action trackers, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Manage investor pipeline, data rooms, CRM, and communications
  • Prepare investment memos, models, and market research
  • Support funding, diligence, and transaction processes
  • Manage DAO governance, proposals, and tokenholder communications

What you need

  • 2–4 yrs of experience
  • CRM
  • Compliance
  • SOP writing
  • MBA

Good to have

  • Financial modelling
