Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity. Recruitment of Sales Managers and Sales Officers. Ensure productivity of Sales Managers and Sales Officers

What you'll do

• Plan and execution of promotional BTL activity in branch catchment area to create visibility. Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity
• Maintain Cost of acquisition within norms
• Achieve branch direct sales targets (disbursement and book outstanding)
• Building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business
• Keep track of collection and recovery and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits
