About the role

As an Executive - HR, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth through effective talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on bulk and volume hiring for our BPO division, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various recruitment strategies and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll do

• Play a vital role in driving our company's growth through effective talent acquisition
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk and volume hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates
• Maintain a strong employer brand and promote Digitide Solutions as an attractive workplace
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
