Executive - HR

About the role

The Team Member- WFA is responsible for managing employee data and documents for GMR employees, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee records in the HR system. This role will oversee data entry, validation, and maintenance of employee information, support compliance with HR policies and audit requirements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workforce administration processes.

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain and update employee data in SF in compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Generate and distribute monthly MIS reports on employee data to respective business HR teams
• Prepare and share monthly Loss of Pay (LOP) and reversal reports with payroll auditors for validation and processing
• Number of Audit remarks/reports

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
