About the role

Responsible for payroll & full & final settlements inputs. Responsible for site HR Compliances. Manage Unionised staffs’ payroll as LTS agreement Ensure the compliances for HR Function as per FAMI-QS, HACCP, ISCC plus, EFFCI-GMP, QMS Support learning and development initiatives and performance management

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end HR operations at the site, manage the employee lifecycle, execute HR processes, maintain HR systems and data quality, lead talent acquisition
• Manage HR Operational activities at site location such as Employee Life Cycle Management
• Manage On-boarding & Off-boarding formalities
• Responsible for payroll & full & final settlements inputs
• Responsible for site HR Compliances
