About the role

Preparation of full & final settlement and other relevant document of resigned employees. Maintain Joiners and reliever sheet as well as replacement / additional manpower data.

What you'll do

• Maintain Joiners and reliever sheet as well as replacement / additional manpower data
• Handle manpower issues and fulfill the requirement of the department
• Ensure Periodic Medical Examination of all employee
• Update monthly leave details in software and process the pay slip
• Prepare & maintain Induction files of all new joinees
