About the role

To take care of payroll processing, compliances, time office functions & employee separations for footwear business

What you'll do

  • Prepare payroll inputs from all location including calculation of canteen recovery, advance, society deduction, LOP & others deduction inputs
  • Finalize payroll inputs of staff / workers / apprentice
  • Work on monthly JV & reconciliations
  • Prepared and publish PF / pension weekly tracker/ MIS
  • Taking care of all related matter of PF withdrawal, pension, PF advance, follow up and related query handling

What you need

  • 3–6 yrs of experience
