Executive Import Buyer (Supply Chain) Outside FTE

About the role

Daily tracking & MIS for new item request, PO creation, PO pending for approval, Vehicle and no. of items received Vs no. of items delivery planned etc. Purchase Order creation in SAP as per the given term. Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, and dispatch schedules.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, and dispatch schedules
• Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin
• Maintain Records & MIS for incoming inventory, delivery arrival time & note actual arrival time
• Maintain suppliers, contact details with Email, contact person name and mobile/landline no
• Work with team members, supervisors to review purchasing plans of the month Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested with supporting documents
