About the role

Executive - Inside Sales is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. This role focuses on promoting company products, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products
• Convert leads into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
