About the role

Summarizing and Analyzing financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows) Drafting financial statements as per IFRS/ US GAAP/Ind-AS/Local GAAP Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisition, divestitures, complex capital raising and financial structures, complex financial instruments, revenue recognition and leases.

What you'll do

• Drafting financial statements as per IFRS/ US GAAP/Ind-AS/Local GAAP
• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisition, divestitures, complex capital raising and financial structures
• Assist with regulatory filings or spin-offs, carveouts, initial public offerings (IPO), debt offerings
• Prepare and present accounting whitepapers
• Provide support/assistance for proposals/business development

What you need
