About the role

To synchronize the vendor’s production schedule with the project’s timeline, ensuring no delays in material availability or site activities.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in coordination with vendors
• Track the status of sub-components and raw materials to identify potential bottlenecks early
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) based on project lead times
• Monitor vendor production planning to ensure they are prioritizing your project’s specific requirements and quantities
• Manage logistics and delivery windows to ensure materials arrive at the site exactly when needed for project activities
