Executive - Last Mile

About the role

The Executive – Last Mile will manage daily last-mile delivery operations, including dispatch coordination, fleet management, delivery monitoring, and issue resolution. The role ensures timely deliveries, operational efficiency, and adherence to FMCG quality standards, with extensive field travel.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily dispatch, delivery schedules, fleet deployment, and rider allocation
• Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and resolve operational escalations
• Improve route efficiency, vehicle utilisation, and delivery productivity
• Ensure proper handling of fresh produce and compliance with operational SOPs
• Conduct field visits across distribution centres, delivery zones, and partner locations

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Last-mile delivery
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• Fleet management
• Any graduate
