About the role

The role involves identifying legal and regulatory issues, supporting litigation and recovery processes, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and Bank policies while protecting the Bank's interests. Providing opinion to the Credit Underwriting Team / Management on the mortgage ability of the land / property in question and the nature of mortgage to be created to secure the proposed lending

What you'll do

• Support the Bank's legal and recovery-related activities through review of legal documents, assessment of contractual and case-related information
• Providing opinion to the Credit Underwriting Team / Management on the mortgage ability of the land / property in question and the nature of mortgage to be created to…
• Drafting, Vetting of the documents as per the Business Needs/Terms and condition
• Provide support on Alliance Business related Negotiations, Strategy, Term Sheets, Contractual agreements, Policy drafts and due diligence
• Ensure compliance of the group to all Regulatory, Internal and Contractual requirements

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
