About the role

The role provides analytical inputs to improve service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes. Process onboarding and maintenance of individual and non-individual customer accounts in accordance with approved procedures. Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in the Core Banking System.

What you'll do

• Support asset, liability and digital operations through assessment of operational activities, monitoring of process controls
• Process onboarding and maintenance of individual and non-individual customer accounts in accordance with approved procedures
• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in the Core Banking System
• Process account opening forms and customer service requests in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Ensure adherence to KYC/CKYC requirements and maintain accurate and complete customer information
