About the role

The Executive – Manufacturing ensures safety and compliance by following Coats’ SHE standards and promoting a strong safety culture.

What you'll do

• People Leadership & Engagement: Build a skilled and engaged workforce while maintaining positive employee relations, absenteeism, and attrition within targets
• Spinning & Twisting Operational Excellence: Manage shift operations to achieve planned production volumes with optimum utilization and efficiency
• Process & Manufacturing Optimization: Improve utilization, efficiency, waste, OHK, grams/spindle, and energy consumption through process optimization and SOP compliance
• Quality Assurance & Customer Focus: Improve first-time-right quality (TUC), reduce customer complaints, and ensure consistent product quality
• Digital & Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure accurate operational reporting and collaborate effectively with HR, QA, Maintenance, Engineering, and Training teams

What you need
