About the role

The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers.   • Driving Sales thru store staff
  • Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
  • Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff
  • Maintain customer level Index
  • Meeting customers for conversion
