About the role

What you'll do

• Training and Employee Involvement
• Conduct safety induction programs for all new joinees and continuous safety training for all employees working in the plant
• Organize mock drills for various emergency situations
• Participate in plant safety meetings and ensure closure of safety points arising from such meetings
• Communicate safety guidelines through displays, safety signs, in‑house magazines, safety literature, annual plant safety performance reports, etc
