About the role

What you'll do

• Reporting of data as required to SSE, UH & central function
• Monitoring daily updates of all activities on the Paint Assist app
• Ensuring prompt lead assignment and conversion of leads assigned to CAs/Sales Associates(SAs)
• Handling escalated customer & dealer complaints ensuring high satisfaction scores
• Executing business generation initiatives in the assigned territory to generate business

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Collections
• SAP
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or BBA or B.Sc or BA
