About the role

To plan implement, and evaluate departmental orientation and educational activities for nursing personnel and monitor ongoing professional development of nurses. Planning, preparing & conducting the nursing – Hospital Orientation Programme for Entrees (HOPE), ensuring the etiquette & following them in their respective units.

What you'll do

• Plan implement, and evaluate departmental orientation and educational activities for nursing personnel and monitor ongoing professional development of nurses
• Planning, preparing & conducting the nursing – Hospital Orientation Programme for Entrees (HOPE), ensuring the etiquette & following them in their respective units
• Designing, developing & maintaining the materials used in educational programme in relevant to target audience
• Coordinating with the supervisors for organizing the Intensive as well as the functional training programme
• Assisting learners in assessment of training needs
