What you'll do

  • Administer and support the Okta Workforce Identity platform
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies
  • Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and profile updates
  • Create and manage users, groups, applications, and group assignments
