About the role

How will you make an impact in this role? Ensure KYC/Legal Entity/Central KYC (CKYC) Information is validated and submitted to RBI in accordance with RBI regulations/guidelines and in partnership with the AEBC Compliance team. Completing the Video KYC (know your customer) process for prospect and existing customers in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure error- free verification of card applications
• Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on transactional quality, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals
• Analyze risk on customer accounts, making sound decisions to ensure the compliance of terms and conditions
• Deliver on metrices defined by the process

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• KYC
• Problem solving
• Voice process
• Any graduate
