Executive – Order-to-Cash (Billing & Verification) at PadCare Labs. This role covers the finance checks at the start and end of the client billing cycle.

What you'll do

• This role covers the finance checks at the start and end of the client billing cycle
• The Executive will verify that customer master data and sales orders are accurate before onboarding and renewal
• A. Customer & Sales Order Verification
• Verify customer details for new client onboarding, including legal name, billing and shipping address, GSTIN, PAN, contact details, and credit terms
• Check sales orders against the approved quotation, PO, or agreement for pricing, quantity, tax treatment, billing frequency, and contract period

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Accounts receivable
• Billing
• GST
• Excel
• Zoho Books
• Accounting
• CA Intermediate or MBA or M.Com or B.Com
