Executive- Packaging Material

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging Material Executive who will be responsible for managing packaging material availability, inventory, inward/outward movement, quality coordination, and warehouse-level packaging material requirements. The role will be based at our Bhiwandi Plant, with regular travel to different warehouses across Mumbai based on operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely availability of packaging materials as per production and dispatch requirements
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Stores and Warehouse teams for packaging material requirements
• Track material inward, consumption, stock levels and movement between locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers and system entries
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify inventory variances

• SOP writing
• ERP
• Excel
• Reporting
• Any graduate
