About the role

NMIMS CDOE is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Media Executive to drive lead generation and business growth through digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns across multiple biddable platforms, with a strong understanding of tracking, analytics, optimization, and agency management.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Drive quality lead generation while achieving business KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
• Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with business and admission goals
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using data-driven insights
• Manage campaign tracking and measurement through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring accurate implementation of events, conversions
