About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in performance testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter (mandatory) , along with exposure to LoadRunner or NeoLoad , and strong expertise in analyzing application performance across enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft 365 .

What you'll do

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter (must-have)
Create and maintain scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad for different protocols
Perform Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing for critical applications
Execute performance test scenarios and analyze system behavior under varying workloads
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations to development and infrastructure teams
