Executive PMO- Banking

About the role

We are looking for a high-calibre Senior PMO who can operate as a trusted advisor to programme leadership. This role requires an individual who excels at executive stakeholder engagement, builds world-class Excel-based reporting and dashboards, and confidently drives senior governance forums.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including Directors, Managing Directors, and Executive Sponsors
• Act as the primary PMO interface for programme leadership, ensuring timely communication of programme status, risks, decisions, and dependencies
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and structured recommendations
• Prepare executives for governance meetings by developing concise briefing notes and decision papers
• Executive Governance & Leadership Forums
