About the role

Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Group (Malabar Gold & Diamonds). Achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.

What you'll do

• Achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP
• Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit
• Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement
• Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Retail sales
• Customer service
• Target achievement
• SOP writing
• Communication
• Any graduate

What you get
