Executive - Sales Support

About the role

The Executive – Sales Support – Branch is responsible for managing end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collections coordination for branch customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual and company guidelines. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Finance, and Customers to ensure smooth revenue realization, effective dispute resolution, and strong process discipline at the branch level.

What you'll do

• % invoices generated and dispatched within timelines
• Number of billing errors / rework cases
• % collections achieved within due dates
• Reduction in overdue receivables / ageing
• Turnaround time for closure of billing issues

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
