Executive - Shift

About the role

Pluckk is hiring a Shift Executive to run on-the-floor operations at our Bangalore Distribution Center during their assigned shift. The role is fully hands-on — you will be the single point of accountability for everything that happens on the floor during your shift, from inbound receiving and quality checks of fresh produce to picking, packing, dispatch, and rider handoff.

What you'll do

• Shift ownership & floor operations
• Own the entire floor during your shift — inbound, QC, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch
• Run shift start-up huddles: brief the team on order volumes, SKU priorities, manpower allocation, and SLA targets
• Track real-time progress against picking and dispatch cut-offs; intervene early when slots are at risk of breach
• Conduct shift handover with the incoming Shift Manager — open issues, pending orders, manpower gaps, inventory alerts
