About the role

Executive - Supplier Payments at UPL. Major Portfolio: Supplier Payment Support.

What you'll do

  • Address supplier queries and respond timely
  • Account reconciliation of supplier including advance and retention amount
  • Coordinate with plant, buyer, stores, AP team, finance for timely invoice processing and payment
  • Generate OTP requests through Service-Now based on payment terms, ABG, PBG
  • Generate Payment List and submit to finance
