About the role

 Responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training and Trouble Shooting etc.  Responsible for handling customer relationship.

What you'll do

  •  Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams
  •  Manages and maintain server and client configurations
  •  Problem Identification and Resolution
  •  Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues
  •  Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution
