Executive – Tool Room

About the role

The role will provide dedicated toolroom support for critical projects and ensure timely resolution of mould-related issues to minimize production downtime and improve tooling life. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic injection moulds as per the defined maintenance plan. Attend mould breakdowns on priority and coordinate with internal and external resources to minimize production downtime.

What you'll do

• Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and performance of plastic injection moulds by effectively managing preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance
• Provide dedicated toolroom support for critical projects and ensure timely resolution of mould-related issues to minimize production downtime and improve tooling life
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic injection moulds as per the defined maintenance plan
• Attend mould breakdowns on priority and coordinate with internal and external resources to minimize production downtime
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive mould failures and implement permanent corrective actions
