Experience Centre Sales Manager - Bengaluru

About the role

Lead store operations, drive sales excellence, and own demand generation at Raptee.HV experience center. Manage P&L, customer experience, team performance, and proactive lead pipelines to accelerate EV adoption through premium retail execution. Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets (bikes, accessories, financing) through consultative selling, upselling, and inbound lead conversion.

What you'll do

• Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets (bikes, accessories, financing) through consultative selling, upselling, and inbound lead conversion
• Manage end-to-end store operations: inventory, merchandising, staff scheduling, and visual standards
• Build high-performing sales teams and mangement : hiring, training, coaching, and performance tracking
• Drive customer lifecycle: lead nurturing, test ride conversion, service handovers, and loyalty programs
• Analyze sales data (Excel/POS/CRM) for forecasting, pricing strategies, promotional ROI, and demand forecasting
