What you'll do

• We advise clients on the value of their IP for transactions (M&A, capital raising, licensing), financial reporting, tax compliance, litigation support
• As part of a global consulting firm, our work combines deep industry knowledge with rigorous quantitative analysis
• Executing detailed business, industry, and financial due diligence with a focus on IP assets
• Conducting in-depth industry and sub-sector research related to technology, innovation, and intellectual property trends to generate unique insights
• Developing and owning complex financial models to support valuation analyses and strategic advice
