About the role

Responsible for customer-focused service delivery, project monitoring, proposal support, project execution, and lifecycle services for DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation solutions across Process and Discrete Industries .

What you'll do

Own end-to-end service delivery and customer satisfaction for assigned customers
Manage and monitor automation service projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
Prepare technical proposals and solution concepts based on customer requirements
Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
Support commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and lifecycle services
