About the role

The Expert CI will serve as the primary authority for interpreting, validating, and implementing client input specific requirements across projects, Quality and deliverables. This role ensures that all operational output strictly adhere to client guidelines, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks, while enabling seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Interpretation & Documentation Analyze client-provided instructions, contracts, and specifications to create actionable workflows
• Maintain a centralized repository of client guidelines and update it regularly
• Execution & Quality Assurance Translate client requirements into operational SOPs and ensure adherence across teams
• Conduct audits and validations to confirm compliance with client expectations
• Stakeholder Management Act as the subject matter expert for client instructions during onboarding, reviews, and escalations
