What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, controls, SOPs, and compliance requirements
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across RMS operations
- Support audit, quality, risk management, and compliance initiatives
- Act as SME for RMS applications including GRFE, SIRVAL, and MADRAS
- Maintain end-to-end process ownership, data quality oversight, and operational readiness
