About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager for the EY GDS Risk Consulting – Internal Audit team, specializing in the Oil & Gas (O&G) sector . The role involves leading internal audits, internal controls assessments, business process reviews, and sector focused risk consulting engagements for global clients. You will collaborate with EY member firms worldwide, leveraging advanced technologies and industry leading practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple risk consulting engagements — Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOX 404
• Oversee engagement teams, ensuring high quality deliverables aligned with EY’s global standards, timelines, and budgets
• Identify process gaps, assess risks, and design improvement recommendations based on industry’s best practices and client’s business environment
• Apply a structured, solution-focused approach to problem solving while executing engagements and preparing high quality audit reports
• Continuously monitor engagement progress, manage risks, and ensure timely communication of status and expected outcomes to key stakeholders (client as well as internal)
