About the role

This is a client-facing leadership role in a rapidly building the practice. You primary role will be to own client engagements, deliver scope of work, drive delivery model and client SLAs, quality and overall team management. You will support build of RA strategy, operating model and delivery excellence, bringing deep telecom domain expertise across mediation, rating, billing, interconnect/roaming, and partner settlements.

What you'll do

• Drive go to market assets, participate in deals, build offerings and mentor a small team
• Drive growth and identify mining opportunities
• Support RA solution vision, roadmap and value case (leakage hypotheses, priority areas, and quantified impact)
• Act as the RA subject matter expert —on telco RA regulations, leading practices, and market benchmarks
• Support onshore/onsite teams to shape proposals, thought leadership and re-usable assets (KRIs library, control catalogues, playbooks)
