About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with expertise in AI Due Diligence, Technology Platform Assessments, and M&A technology deals. In this role, you will evaluate AI capabilities, digital platforms, and technology architecture during M&A transactions and standalone operating model redesign strategy engagements.

What you'll do

• Support clients in evaluating AI capabilities, AI technology platforms, and deal technology requirements across buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Help clients assess AI strategy, optimize digital platforms, and identify AI value creation opportunities across pre-deal and post-deal phases
• Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors to deliver actionable insights that shape investment decisions and drive value creation
• Evaluate AI/ML models, data pipelines, digital platforms, and cloud infrastructure to identify risks, synergies, and optimization opportunities
• Lead technology platform assessments in M&A contexts, including deal technology evaluations, carve-out planning, TSA design, and Day 1 readiness
