About the role

We are looking for Managers with expertise in Business Valuations to join EY-Corporate Finance practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prominent firm and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and learning & development reorganization; and corporate strategy under ASC 350, ASC 718, ASC 820, ASC 946, ASC 480, ASC 805 etc.

What you'll do

• Help clients understand the value of their business, securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, intangibles and other assets
• Lead financial reporting and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory reporting
• Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
• Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with EY offices globally
• Supervise, develop and mentor professionals at the Staff and Senior level

What you need

• 9–11 yrs of experience
• Financial modelling

• Chartered Accountant or B.Com or MBA or M.Com or CFA
