About the role

We are looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented Managers with expertise in Business Valuations to join EY-Corporate Finance practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis and valuations across a variety of asset classes and industries. You will work closely with the stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely valuation reports that drive key business and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely valuation reports that drive key business and investment decisions
• Perform company and asset valuations using methods such as DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse financial statements, market data, and industry trends
• Support audit and tax-related valuations and assist with fair value measurements under IFRS/GAAP
