Fabrication & Production supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day operations within the fabrication shop and final packaging area, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality production that meets customer delivery commitments. This role is responsible for supervising shop-floor personnel, coordinating production activities across work centers, managing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and operational-excellence practices.

What you'll do

• Supervise fabrication shop and final packaging operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and on-time delivery targets
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule production activities across multiple work centers based on workload, capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments
• Maintain and regularly update the shop-floor skill matrix; identify training needs and coordinate employee development activities
• Promote a strong safety culture by conducting regular safety discussions, identifying risks, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure production processes comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements, including adherence to documentation, traceability, inspection
