Workshop Manager/ Production Manager Qualifications & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) Certified training program/course (e.g. from IIW or ITI) Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings and diagrams, design specification to determine project

• Determines the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
