What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of diverse groups within the organization
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in soft skills competencies among youth
• Design engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities, to effectively deliver content
• Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Facilitate discussions and activities that promote the development of communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Communication
• Any graduate
