Integrated Facilities Management — Corporate Solutions (Country, Region) A seasoned expert in the field, the Chief Engineer is on top of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works needed in a facility.

What you'll do

Be in close contact with local authorities for all facility-related issues
Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out the same for site staffs
Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems
Plan and manage the budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts
Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations
