About the role

The Engineer / Manager – Quality Control – Site (Structural Steel) is responsible for executing quality assurance and control activities at the site, ensuring all fabrication and erection works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. The role involves regular inspections, coordination with the execution team, maintaining QA/QC documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental norms.

What you'll do

• Responsible for executing quality assurance and control activities at the site, ensuring all fabrication and erection works comply with project specifications, codes
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on-site materials and construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Review and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements for all civil activities
• Monitor and verify the calibration status of testing equipment and ensure all equipment used complies with relevant standards
• Record and report non-conformities or deviations from design and specification, initiate corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely closure
