Candidate Profile 16+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments Proven track record within FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals, or other process-driven industries Demonstrated success in delivering operational excellence and business transformation Experience managing large, complex, and matrixed teams

What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Warehousing, Quality, and HR
• Deliver the annual operating plan, ensuring achievement of performance targets across cost, service, safety, and quality
• Ensure uninterrupted supply to customers through effective planning and execution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, flexibility, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
